Common questions

I tapped Set as wallpaper and nothing changed

Nearly always this means the wallpaper shortcut is not installed. iPhone gives apps no way to change the wallpaper directly, so MOYORU asks the Shortcuts app to do it. Add it from MOYORU: open Settings from the gear icon on the Home screen and tap Add the wallpaper shortcut (about the shortcut).

If it is installed and nothing still happens, check that the shortcut is still named MOYORU Wallpaper. It cannot be called under a different name.

The colors don't match my clothes

Finding the colors of your clothes in a photo is not perfect, and you can fix it yourself in four ways: crop under More adjustments so only the clothes are inside, tap the color chip and aim the loupe at that garment, make the color lighter or richer, or take the color straight from the photo with the dropper. A color you did not want can be tapped and removed with Don't use this color.

My patterns are locked again on my new phone

Tap Restore purchase in Settings. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account, there is nothing more to pay.
